To drive these processes, we have developed tools and platforms for infrastructure deployment and created a Universal Operating Platform (UOP) called THE GATE® enabling digital systems for public administration, Service Provision and Service Delivery, and the enablement of the Social Infrastructure, social engineering and social services.
A home-grown plan, embracing global standards, accompanied by a comprehensive articulation of governance. The primary focus is to educate and ensure common grounds for all Nigerians in understanding the basics of our Social Contract.
We shall enable the support and involvement of Nigerians to achieve this possibility: a paradigm shift.
